This came in a statement issued by the authority after a meeting between the general manager of the authority, Dr. Mishaal Al-Rabee, with the Union of Banks, which dealt with mechanisms of joint cooperation to support the banking sector with trained nationals and enhance its contribution to raising the degree of youth employment in the private sector in order to achieve the desired growth of the national economy and to solve the problem of unemployment and disguised unemployment.
The authority explained that the meeting discussed the functional needs of the banking sector in addition to the skills and capabilities that must be made available to fill the available jobs.
